"Just got a Tohatsu 9.8 HP (two stroke) and the guy said he "took the fule plate off"this changed the 9 hp to a 15 hp... He said both motors are the sames just the 9 hp had a governor on it. My question is it the true, will it help hurt the motor? Also how can I get this changed back. I have it on a small boat and 15hp is to much. - Thanks"
