Hi guys first time user of this site i hope you can help. Im in Australia and just bought a Tohatsu 9.8hp longshaft and dont know what year it is. Here is the model number M9.8A. The serial number is 17144. Have looked on the net and cant seem to find any information on it. Also what is the fuel/ oil ratio? Thanking you for any help.
