"I'm converting to a new gauge cluster from a 2006 Sea Ray,model unknown, and need to figure out what temp sender to use to get the correct reading for these gauges. Any help??"

"Mike: This site has an ENGINE PARTS site at the top of the page. Select Mercruiser, cooling, then the list shows several temp and oil senders. There is a listing of page nos. for more info. Select page 33 and it lists senders for 2006 by gauge mfg. Guy"
 
Be sure to order one for your

Be sure to order one for your TYPE of boat: If it's got a flybridge (and has two sets of gages) then you get one type. If there's only a lower helm (with one set of gages) then you get another type.

I learned that one the hard way!
