"I have an older (75-77 ?) OMC electric shift drive 190hp. It hasn't seen water in a 3 or 4 years. Stored in the basement; warm & dry. I was wondering what type of service I should perform, before it goes back in the water. Changing the oil in the upper & lower gearcase is "for-sure". What about a new water pump? How about the electric shift mechanism? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
