"Coolant constantly needs topp

"Coolant constantly needs topped up and is found in bilge, this progressed to engine overheating. Turbo gasket was leaking this was replaced along with the impeller. Any suggestions please?

Pull small hoses off plastic b

Pull small hoses off plastic bottle. run a paper clip thru nipples to make sure they are clear. Closed nipples can cause problem.
