05 20HP HONDA TOOK A SWIM NOW I HAVE NO SPARK

"My 05 Honda 20hp took a swim for about a week (Don't ask) . I changed the oil, filter, cleaned the carb, cleaned the pull starter, changed the plugs and everything seams O.K., but I have no spark. Anyone have any sugestions? or know of how to troubleshoot for no spark?

"I have an older BF75 Honda (7.5 HP) outborard motor that I just bought, worked great for a 6 hour trip then a problem with my boat caused the motor to go part way under the water for a second. We cleaned out the motor after with fresh water and now it want start, It sparks once but then nothing. I changed the oil, cleaned magneto, dried out the coil and changed the plugs and I still have little spark. When the Coil is not hooked up the magneto it has good spark, but when you hook it back up it reduces the spark. Can any one help at this pint were thinking new coil? Thanks"
