"I have a old boat with steering cable wound around steering wheel.I have a 13.5 ft. boat how much cable do I need to purchase (34 ft.)????How do I start the procedure,any advice would be greatly appreciated,THE STURGEON GENERAL,THANX."
 
u need to measure from wheel t

u need to measure from wheel to motor plus 2 ft

just pull out existing cable and measure
