"My 90hp is on a 17'cc boa

"My 90hp is on a 17'cc boat. The rpm's max out at 4600-4800 and topspeed on the boat is only 27knots, it has a 13 1/4x17 prop. I feel like I should have more output. Is there an easy fix or adjustment? should I change prop size? what is recommended top rpm?"
 
look at your owners manual for

go to yamaha web site and look there they have gernarl prop sizes

"Yamaha says 4500-5500 WOT operating range, and the proper pitch/size propeller should put you right about in the middle, which you are. You might re-pitch to get that last 200rmp out of it and run 5000."
