I am messing with this engine

I am messing with this engine I would like to know the torque pressure for heads and intake I am changing gaskets. Thanks Wayne
 
"Hi First You do know to alter

"Hi First You do know to alternate your torque.
Proper way to TORQUE. Head Bolts 70ft lbs.
Ford engine; use SEALER on Intake manifold,sealer sets up in 15min.
Hope this helps you. Got info out of SELOC Repair manual. It will pay for it self if you get one."
