1978 mercruiser 165h.p 250cid.

1978 mercruiser 165h.p 250cid. block planed and valveports reworked for unleaded gas. replacement manifold. Motor ran good for 20 hours and then blew oil/water out when engine opened up to top speed. compression 120 psi on all cylinders except for #6 which was 95 psi. Is this a blown head gasket?
How do you clean engine?

"Sounds like a head gasket. I would get the head off quickly. Make sure you are using marine head gaskets, btw. Not sure i would clean the engine except what sludge i can get to... but rather re- assemble with fresh oil, run up to temp and change oil/filter again. You might also magniflx the head to check for cracks. (any machine shop)"
