"I've got a 1978 IMP 351 F

"I've got a 1978 IMP 351 Ford with OMC 800 sterndrive. Was throttling up and a bang and crunching noise happened. The engine kept running, but boat stopped. No forward/neutral/reverse gears. Can anyone tell me what might have happened and what I should be looking for to fix? Thanks!"

But You probably have to start to look in the drive train . The first part is the ball gears from transom to drive, then check oil in upper and lower gear housing. However theese drives have a weak piont in the waterpump/upper drive shaft, but the normally just lets go in the splines without any noise."
