I took it home and hooked it up to the water hose. There were alot of steam coming out of the exhaust and I thought everything was ok, so i shut if off and left it. The boat sat about four days and now when I went to start it, it is overheating and there is no water coming from the exhaust. Any ideas? thanks"

Try to work it off with a screw driver (UP and Down) Try not to damage the shaft. Although the shaft it pretty strong. Start by cutting off all the exposed rubber..The Idea is to get to the metal ring holding the rubber and Key to move.
after that try to get the key out...If you do you can now rotate the bad impeller to help get it off
If you never cursed befoe you will now.......
