Need help to id Montgomery Ward Eng need correct spark plug too

ID plate says made by 'Cli

ID plate says made by 'Clinton' with the following numbers:

MODEL: K751506B
TYPE: XTV 50575B

Anyone know year/hp/fuel mixture ... also need correct spark plug number (it has an AC Delco R45S - is this okay) ... the spark seems weak and I didn't know is this was normal!
 
24:1 fuel mix it should be a 7

24:1 fuel mix it should be a 7.5 hp 78/79 year and for the spark check the gap .30 in the points make sure its .020 and push the spark plug wire into the coil better and you should get a hotter spark theres repair manuals on ebay for 10 bucks plus shipping hope this helps you out *Clintonkid*
