"Hi Anyone. I'm totally new to this forum,totally new to boating, totally new to boating repair etc.
I bought a used 1986/87 Searay with a 185 Mercrusier which hadn't been run for at least a year. There are at a couple of hoses that are hanging out loose on one end. One is coming from the outboard and is about 3/4" in diameter and one look like it's coming from the power stearing.Does any one know where I might be able to find a picture of the Mercursier 185 with Alpha 1 cooling and powewr steering hose's and there locations?
Any other information would be more than appreciated.

Thanks! But what is a p/s cooler? The engine is a V6.
Does anyone know where I can get a picture of what this engine is suppose to like with all of the parts in place?
This is an awesume forum. Just wish I had more time to visit it.
