I really need a starter or at

I really need a starter or at least a field coil for my mercruiser 470.. it is the starter with the solenoid built in..does anyone have either or.. let me know thanks

"rumor has it that the nose is from John Deere and the housing and solenoid are GM.The 470 is unique to itself.The flywheel comes from a 72 Ford Maverick, head is from Ford 460 truck"
 
Well i have no choice to buy a

Well i have no choice to buy a new one or a rebuilt.. but i thought maybe someone here had one before i go spend a bunch of money.. already spent enough on this startin problem..

"The 470 is sort of it`s own bastard creation.Has no known auto engine base.Don`t get me wrong,it`s a nice engine but the design effort was cut short.Good power to weight ratio,nice horsepower rating, light weight.Consider it a "Trophy Wife", need`s a lot of attention to detail"
