Just purchased 14' with a

Just purchased 14' with a 45hp Montgomery Ward Sea King. Think the model number is VWB-19088A. Any ideas who made it and where I can get a manual?

The Old Outboard Book by Peter Hunn</A>, it has a lot of identification information on older outboards.
