"The 1966 80hp Evinrude and the 1968 65hp Evinrude with the respective model numbers you list have a single carburetor with dual downdraft throats.

If both of your engines have two carburetors, that is.... two completely detached carburetors, two float chambers, two fuel supply line attachments, etc, then your engines are not as described here.

It's best to stick to the HiVis 80/90w gearcase lube which is readily available at Wal*Mart, K-Mart, and other stores, and of course also available at any Evinrude/Johnson dealership at a somewhat higher price."
