I have a small gas tank from a 31/2 hp seaking the inside is all dusty run your finger through it and its white what the best way to clean it out?? Its nor t rust or anything.

"House hold vinegar does an ok job for light to medium rust. Pour it in full strength and sloush it around. Add small bolts, screws or nuts to break free any rust. Rinse well with water when done and lubricate with TCW3 oil.
