"Here is what I have, 1993 5hp (225.) prefix ,made by Mecr. I have installed new crank seals, new fuel pump diaphram, new needle and seat and new spark plug. If and when engine fires and starts it run for a short time, fuel runs out of the mouth of carb and fuel runs out exhaust on lower end. Remove spark plug and it is wet/fouled. Very good spark also. I have adjusted the float several time to no avail, float has no holes in it (non brass). Am I missing something with maybe a pulse hole in a carb gasket or with the primer etc ??????"
