I just bough a 2009 175 bayliner with a 3.0L carburated engine. It was set up for sea level and we live at 7200 feet. Any ideas of what size jet for this carb. It is a mercarb 2bbl. Thanks for any ideas

Gear ratio should be 1:98 on u

Gear ratio should be 1:98 on upper and 2:20 on lower. 10 degrees btdc and adjust carb for your altitude. SHOULD RUN LIKE A BAT OUTTA HELL. Readjust if you go below 5000 ft.
