"I am installing a hydraulic junction block on my alpha 1 transom assembly. The block comes with a gasket that is placed under the transom assembly. Does anyone know if I can use some aviation sealant on the gasket to keep it in place, as well asbond it to the block assembly?"

Clean surfaces,+ a fresh gasket is all that's Required..."

"Bondo, there is no direction for the gasket, it seems that it can be placed in eithor way, is there a direction for the transmition block? I hope not since I already installed it"
