"My engine wont start it has s

"My engine wont start it has spark and compression. But i dont know if it is getting fuel to the spark plugs, is it supposed to.and what would cause that."
 
"are they (plugs) wet

"are they (plugs) wet with fuel,what kind of compression do you have(psi)
possable fuel pump issue /dirty carbs
have you done a spark jump test (not indicator test)"
