What is the top and average sp

What is the top and average speed for 4 h.p.. I know that this is a small outboard and wont get to much out but just asking. Its on a 14' jon boat

"Hard to say...too many factors such as weight, hull type, etc to know the answer. If your 14' jon boat is loaded down with 3 people weighing 300# each, plus gear and beer, it's going to be a lot different than one 110lb person with no gear and diet cokes :) I would guess that your top speed would be around 10-15mph."
