Again aq125a overheating

"Ok took the plate off the fro

"Ok took the plate off the front of the impeller.. turned boat over it didn't turn.. Pulled the whole housing off. Turned boat over again,, inside it was turning..Looks like there should be a shear pin to turn the shaft of the impeller, checked my whole manual and the is no mention of this,, is there supposed to be a shear pin in there to turn the impeller shaft>.."

Also, make sure that between the impeller and the shaft there is a woodruff key; otherwise, the shaft will turn but not the impeller."
