Does anyone have any tricks fo

Does anyone have any tricks for removing the water hose from the bell housing without destroying the hose? I've got the housing disconnected except for the hose. I can rotate the housing with the nipple rotating within the hose. I can get a screwdriver between the edge of the hose and the bell housing. I've trying working the screwdriver around the edge. I've gained about 1 mm but not much more. Any tricks?

Compressed CA. Fabricate a slightly curved flat ended piece of copper tubing shaped like a cane; flatten the short end. Connect to an air chuck and turn the pressure to max. Squirt a little water w/a drop of liquid dish detergent in it along the edge of the hose. Insert the flat end at the edge of the hose and use short bursts of CA. Repeat and twist the hose as you go.

If the hose Rips,... It's due for replacing anyways...."
