What is the best way to fill t

What is the best way to fill the Engine (5.0 V8 Thunderbolt) and ourdrive with Antifreeze whilst the boat remains in the water? Thanks in advance.

"around my area, you could do jail time for pouring antifreeze in a RWC engine whilst in the water. even a first offense.
The boat would certainly be forfeited."

The Outdrive isn't an Issue,..

Why don't you Drain the motor,...
Air doesn't Freeze,...
And, you'd have to Drain it, then break the t-stat gasket to pour antifreeze in...
