Can I just keep pumping new gr

Can I just keep pumping new greace into my u-joints until all the old seems to be out? how about the gimball bearing? Ive got a 1994 Cobra outdrive and a 5.8L. I am planning to do this before winterization/storage. Got any good tips on anything else I should look at/ replace while the drive is off? (planning on just removing the 6 nuts and just taking off the upper and lower together unless someone suggests otherwise)

is the zerk on the left side o

is the zerk on the left side of my transom assembly for the gimball bearing? Is there a steel tube connected to the bearing housing or someting? Im trying to figure out how htat works. I will only be able to see where the grease comes out with the outdrive off right? (look through the bellow or something?)
