I bought a project boat yester

I bought a project boat yesterday. 1990 four winns vists 265. It has twin 5.0 ho Fords with Cobra outdrives. The drives are unrepairable. My plan is to convert to mercuiser engines and and drives. Which older mercs would require the least amount of modification to the transom?

All else is OMC=OMC and Merc.= Merc.
