"Hi,
I have 25 year old boat with a CN6-33 Nissan diesel running though a Chrysler 300 leg.
It has the original instrument panel, but is missing the tachometer.
I have found a replacement, but I am not sure that it will work with the sender unit on the engine.
I have been in touch with Stewart Warner, but they were no help.
I have posted the pics of it with the part numbers and connections visible.
I hope someone can confirm that it is the correct one for that engine.
Cheers,
Mike

your mechanical tach sender is off the front timing cover. the other way is off the tap kit from the motorola alternator if you have a motorola.

Just an update on this problem.
I finished up using a Sea Ray 4000rpm diesel tach (on Ebay) with a Signaflex pulse sender.
Blends in well with the original Chrysler gauges.
Cheers,
Mike
