Can someone give me a little g

Can someone give me a little guidance on how to adjust the acelerator and the gear lever so the cut out switch which allows the gears to change smooth does not cause the motor to stall....

Those Yamahas are alot like the Mercs. in this Problem........

Your Lower Shift Cable, the 1 that runs from the Cutout Switch to the Outdrive is Sticking,+ Needs to be Replaced......."
 
"I am having the same problem

"I am having the same problem with my yami.....after it is warmed up it will do this....i will start it in neutral, and it will stall going into forward gear....i have to ease it into gear....other times it will actually start in gear....makes for a pleasant surprise....my cables all look pretty new...but ill take a look...i thought it was that stupid sensor on top of the motor....any ideas will be greatly apreciated...thanks -Brett-"
