My OMC I/O lowers properly whe
My OMC I/O lowers properly when I use the in/out switch but when I try to raise the unit it doesn't move. I hear a click but no movement. Also the trim switch clicks but there is no movement there either. When I detach the unit from the gear the motor runs fine in the lower direction but doesn't move in the raise direction. Help?
