Kad43 Compressor Problem

I have a 1999 KAD43 with Duo P

I have a 1999 KAD43 with Duo Props. When I start the engine and rev it in neutral the compressor will kick on and then the turbo will kick in afterward as would be normal operation. The problem is that when I engage it into forward the engine lags and the compressor does not kick in. I would appreciate any help or advice that anyone has to give. Thanks.

"Matthew, I have the same problem on our KAD43, except I don't know if the compressor is kicking in under load. I will check it. Have you found a solution? Our boat is use on Lake Victoria of Tanzania in Africa and it is difficult to get experienced help here. Please let me know if you have any advice!!!
