"I have a 93 250 model L250TXRR. The engine starts fine, idles fine and runs great at RPM above 3300. When i try to reduce RPM below that it hesitates and coughs. I have changed plugs and fuel seperators and filters and it was fine for a little while then started again. Any suggestions please?"
