After extended use the motor cuts out like it is being starved of fuel. The fuel ball has been sucked shut. After sitting dead in the water for about 10-15 minutes, pressure equalizes and we are able to start the motor and continue the day.

The carb has been rebuilt along with most of the motor. All fuel lines and fuel ball are brand new. We have tried running the motor with the fuel cap removed for air but we still run into the same issue.

Any suggestions?"

There is a blockage in the hos

There is a blockage in the hose between the primer bulb and the pickup in the tank. Most likely the hose is pinched or collapsed or the pickup is plugged with junk from the bottom of the tank. This may happen when E-10 fuel is used for the first time and phase separation occurs.

1987 f0rce 125 runs great for

1987 f0rce 125 runs great for a mile at full throttle then slows while still at full throttle. Seems to need more air. After you sit for a few minutes it will run full throttle and do the same thing over again.

Any suggestions?
