"Hey guys, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm re-building an 17 ft. Crestliner fishing boat. The majority of the wiring is cooked. I pulled out the built in 21 gallon fuel tank to clean it out and noticed that one of the ground wires coming from the tank heading towards the stern was melted and broken. The other green ground wire coming from the tank that leads to the fuel fill is fine. I obviously need to replace this other wire, but I don't know where it went. Possibly the motor, battery, hull??? Anyone know?"

"Ayuh,... Ground it to the motor Block....

Anywhere on it's Ground Plane, or Bonded Components will Work..."
