I have a 4 cyl dual carb water

I have a 4 cyl dual carb water cooled 2 stroke engine with no id tags and no lower unit. It is for a kit helicopter and is omc green. How do I identify horsepower?

"Look for a welch plug with numbers on it and post the numbers...That may or may not help...a picture would be a great help
