My DP 290 has a castle nut that secures the fwd prop. It uses a locking tab to prevent loosening.Can I swap this set up for a self locking nut? I think they were used on later models.
Mine is a 1996. This would make prop changes much easier in the water. Thank You, Misfit Toy"
