"Let me try this again. If you disconnect the line going into the carburator, connect the fuel tank, squeeze the bulb and fuel comes out, that means there is no line restrictions right?
Now if you then hand crank the motor in the same configuration and no fuel comes out does that mean that the fuel pump is bad?
