Can anyone tell me the differe

Can anyone tell me the differences between the 1996 thru 1998 mercruiser 2 bbl carbs w/electric chokes for a 4.3L V-6 and 5.0L V-8 and 5.7L V-8 other than the location of the fuel inlet and the addition of a vacuum port nozzle on the V-8?
They basically all look alike except for external parts. Thanks.

"Probably they are similar, though the jetting might be slightly different. GM (Rochester) made several cfm sized carbs that looked similar, but I doubt these are different (in cfm).

What kind of change in performance would I recognize in my 4.3L using the 2BBL made for a 5.7L?
