"Ive got the drive off and I can shift with pliers with force. can I do something to free this up without tearing down the drive? It will not push the linkage into the drive housing when I try to remount the drive. seems to be engaging properly when I get it to shift with the pliers, just real tight. Thanks"
 
engine needs to be running for

engine needs to be running for bravo to shift properly. put it on in nuetral and test. I'm assuming you had no problem before removing.
