"I would rebuild the carb's, replace plug wires and ignition parts if the stalling issue continues. Could be sticky floats. It's obviously not getting enough fuel to keep her going. Have you checked your idle speed? Could just be an adjustment."

shift interupt switch is being held down due to friction in the cable. Replace cable. Common problem.
