"Engine starts fine idles great, go to full power and it dies, used test tank, ran great no problem, water in tank or vent problem? fuel seperator replaced no difference."
 
Vents can clog causing this pr

Vents can clog causing this problem. See if it goes away by loosening the gas cap temporarily. Also rubber hoses breakdown on the inside restricting fuel flow.
 
Is there a filter or screen on

Is there a filter or screen on the tank fitting? Also there might be a screen on the bottom of the pick-up in the tank.

"three things could be the cause. Filter on pickup inside tank (usually just a mesh screen) is clogged, fuel filter at entrance to carb is clogged, or you could have a faulty fuel pump (either test inline pressure or take pump apart and inspect rubber diaphragm for dry rot. Also, a faulty check valve in the line going from the tank to the fp could be letting fuel to back into the tank and thus causing lowerer fuel pressure inline."
