No water from tell tale.
I took lower unit off, put in new impeller. She starts, just hot exhaust comes out of tell tale.
Is there some other source of the problem other than the water pump? Is there a thermostat that doesn't open? What is the inlet to the water pump and if it's that vertical screen behind the prop, what is the other horizontal screen on the side of the lower unit?
Another question on the seal below the water pump: is that supposed to be a single seal or are there kits that have double seals in them?
