"we took our boat out with twin volvos out on saturday and on the way back to port, there was a rattling coming from the head/manifold area. both are brand new and when we were back home, we tried to start it up and it wouldn't kick over. just giving us that eeeEEEeeeeEEEwaa! noise that is before the engine starts up. please give me any help you have. thanks"
