please help! the aq131a in my

please help! the aq131a in my boat was shot badly corroded.got another used engine same model.the engines bell housing are different where it rests on rear mount.the primary shaft is alsodifferent.will the used engine with slightly different parts work correctly.also doud russell.com shows different part numbers but no details

Could you be more explicit regarding the differences you see between the two bellhousings and shafts? .Perhaps uploading a few pictures will also assist to give you an opinion.
