"Hi, I bought a 87 boat with a 2003 5.0 MPI with 50 hours on engine. I have intermittent problem with the engine. The engine runs rough at higher RPMs/ sometimes but not consistently. The engine has a new wiring harness and I replaced ignition switch to no avail. I cleaned out the gas tank and replaced filter. My dealer put it on the computer but there was no feedback even when running rough. Dealer checked fuel injection when running rough but no drop off. Please advise as boat runs great for days at a time and then starts acting up."
