The plastic reservior on a fresh water cooled 470 should it be filled with coolant or is it there to catch the overflow??Thanks for the help.
 
Not filled--the coolant needs

Not filled--the coolant needs room to expand. Isn't there a "full" and "add coolant" line on the tank?
