1973 Glastron V179 fuel problem

Is there something between the

Is there something between the fuel tank and fuel filter that can be preventing gas to come through the lines? Fuel seems to just dribble through and the motor will run out of gas when there is plenty of gas in the tank. What can be blocking the lines? (besides a chunk of rust)

Low fuel pressure from pump. C

Low fuel pressure from pump. Clogged primary fuel filter. Clogged secondary filter (if equipped). Pinch or restriction in line.

Would check each of those first.
