Looking to take out 3.0l And p

Looking to take out 3.0l And put in a chev 350 looking for info what all i would need to change.

"Other than complete carb to pan engine. all exhuast parts from engine to stern,all hoses,thermostat housing,accessory mounting brackets(pwr steer alt),bell housing may not fit, engine coupler, front mounts may not fit,flywheel may not fit/work, time and money. Thats just what comes to mind. There must be more."
