"Won't run. Good spark, good fuel pressure, suspect out of time. Engine schemetic or how to time it. My only clue is engine set for a year or so without running. Insides looks fine, and valves are free."

Are injectors actually injecting fuel (maybe stuck closed) and is it fresh fuel bleed through the system?
